DELIVERIES IN NEW ZEALAND

In most circumstances New Zealand based freight will be on an overnight basis.   However, while all attempts will be made to honor this we can make no guarantees and in some circumstances delivery may be 2-3 days from time of order.

Allow an extra day and $3.50 for Rural Delivery.  Courier Post will also deliver to PO Boxes.

SMALL ITEMS TO ANYWHERE IN NEW ZEALAND : Courier fee is $ 4.00

We use Courier Post to deliver small items (that fit inside an A5 courier signature required envelope) within New Zealand.

LARGER ITEMS:

We use Courier Post to deliver large items within New Zealand.  Please note we use a signature required service.  Please make a note with your order if you have specific delivery instructions for the driver. If you have security concerns in your location please select an alternate delivery address.

Please contact Design Withdrawals directly if multiple items are being purchased in a single transaction. A new freight charge will be quoted instead of each item being separately charged for freight.

CHRISTCHURCH AND SOUTH: Courier fee is $8

South of Christchurch (including Christchurch) and south of Haast  (including Haast).

NORTH OF CHRISTCHURCH:  Courier fee is $14

North of Christchurch and north of Haast.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We do many international deliveries for our clients and will be happy to assist you. We use NZ Post International to deliver overseas. Delivery times vary depending on which country the package is going to and the time of year.

We need to quote on EVERY overseas delivery, as the charge will vary according to your insurance requirements and what the item is.

We will give you a quote to send your items from the following categories, depending on what is applicable:

AIR POST (3-10 working days)

ECONOMY POST (10 to 25 working days)

ECONOMY COURIER (2 to 6 working days)

EXPRESS COURIER (1 to 5 working days)

Please note that jewellery valued at $250 or more MUST be sent via Express courier with cover.
