The Moment

A light bulb moment, a moment of reflection or in the moment. Ive used glass intentionally to represent how fragileour environment is and whats precious. The fantail, as always is my story teller and the flowers, in particular theMarigold with theirbright yellow blooms, are known to attract bees.

My series for 2017 is a reflection of my thoughts and inspirations during the year. They are gentle remindersto myself of how precious time, family and the environment are to us.Many of these thoughts are represented in my works by the humble bee.Iveadmired the importance ofbees throughout my studies in environmental science and more so since moving to New Zealand
